Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail Parcel Force for all our deliveries and use their current rates according to weight. We are currently shipping to Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Shipping is calculated at check out unless otherwise advised in product description.

For large pieces such as our free standing bird feeders and larger animal houses, we will deliver personally anywhere in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your new item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a full refund or exchange.

After this time, if the product you purchased is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.

Please note that all our external wood products will need to be treated or repainted every 2-5 years depending on location and weather damage.

Please note that all our copper products will need to be polished every few months again depending on location and purpose of use. The items will only oxidise if exposed to moisture, in normal circumstances it takes at least 20 years for any patina to develop.
